EraGlyph Support

Quick answers for importing your own compatible files, connecting a controller, and keeping progress safe.

What files can I import?

EraGlyph 1.0 is designed for compatible CUE/BIN, CHD, PBP, and M3U files. Multi-file games should be imported together so referenced tracks remain available.

Does EraGlyph include games or firmware?

No. EraGlyph distributes no commercial games, game downloads, or console firmware. You must supply compatible files you are legally entitled to use.

How do I connect a controller?

Pair a supported controller in iPhone or iPad Bluetooth settings, then open EraGlyph. Xbox, PlayStation, Backbone, and MFi controllers supported by Apple's GameController framework are detected automatically.

Where is my progress stored?

Memory cards, save states, autosaves, and their recovery copies are stored locally in EraGlyph's app container. Use EraGlyph's export tools before deleting the app if you want an external copy.

What should I include in a support request?

  • Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version.
  • The EraGlyph version shown in About.
  • The file format involved, without attaching copyrighted game content.
  • Steps that reproduce the problem and any visible error message.
